CorpoRobotics and SEOvermind (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SEOvermind, an AI-powered digital marketing automation service that acts as your helpful robot marketing department. Built on the Activepieces automation platform, it handles basic keyword analysis, Google Ads campaign management, Google Business Profile posting, Facebook, X, and other social media posting, weekly blogs, and leads capture — all automatically, with no portal to log into and no special software to learn.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use SEOvermind. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating with transparency and minimal data handling.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimal business information necessary to deliver and operate your custom SEOvermind automation:
- Company vitals you provide during onboarding (e.g., business name, mission statement, product/service descriptions, a contact phone number used as your account identifier, and other details) to build your custom Knowledge Base. This information is used solely to generate relevant, scheduled marketing content across your channels.
We may also receive limited, aggregated usage metrics about automation performance (e.g., that a scheduled post or ad was successfully published) to maintain and improve the service.
Account Connections & Authorization
During the one-time onboarding of your SEOvermind automation flows, we help you authorize secure connections to services such as Google (Ads, Business Profile, Calendar), social platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), WordPress, and email tools.
These authorizations use industry-standard OAuth2, or permissions delegated to CorpoRobotics through your own account administration. The resulting tokens are stored securely within your dedicated SEOvermind automation environment so that your scheduled marketing activities (posts, ads, keyword refreshes, lead alerts, etc.) can run automatically without requiring repeated logins.
We never store, ask for, or have access to your raw passwords or login credentials. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times and can revoke SEOvermind’s access directly from each platform whenever you choose.
Meta Platform Data (Facebook & Instagram)
SEOvermind publishes content to your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account through Meta’s official Graph API. Rather than asking for your Facebook or Instagram password, we use Meta’s business delegation model: from your own Meta Business settings you grant CorpoRobotics partner access to your Page and Instagram account, and our system performs only the actions you have authorized. You can review or revoke this access at any time in Meta Business Settings → Partners.
Through this connection we access only what is needed to post on your behalf:
- The ID and name of the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you assign to us — used solely to route your scheduled content to the correct accounts.
- The ability to publish the posts, photos, and captions that SEOvermind generates for you.
We do not collect, store, or have access to information about the people who follow, like, comment on, or message your Page or Instagram account, nor any other end-user data from Meta. We request only the permissions required to publish your content (managing posts on your Page and publishing content to your Instagram Business account) and use them for no other purpose. All content and connection details are handled in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect or Store
SEOvermind is deliberately designed to operate without collecting or storing sensitive data beyond the limited setup process described above.
Importantly, we never collect, store, or have access to:
- Any personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information) about your employees, your customers, leads, or website visitors — except for transient lead-routing data that you explicitly configure to go directly into your own contact lists, calendars, or email tools. (The limited business-contact detail you provide at onboarding — including the phone number that serves as your account identifier — is the company information described in Section 1, not third-party personal data.)
- Any business account information, including passwords or direct login credentials. OAuth tokens and authorized connections are stored securely inside the Activepieces platform solely to enable your scheduled automations. These tokens are tied to your specific flows, and cannot be used to access your accounts outside of the automations you have explicitly authorized.
You set up and maintain your own verified accounts on these platforms. SEOvermind acts only as the automation layer — executing scheduled tasks (keyword refreshes, ad creation, posts, lead alerts, etc.) through secure, permission-based API connections that you authorize. No credentials or platform data is ever accessed, collected, or stored by us after setup.
Lead data generated by your website forms, calendar bookings, or AI Voice agent is routed directly into systems you control. CorpoRobotics does not store or process your end-customer personal data.
3. How We Use the Information
We use your Knowledge Base content exclusively to power SEOvermind’s core functions:
- Basic keyword analysis and content generation for Google Ads, social posts, Google Business Profile updates, weekly blogs, and website copy.
- Running the automated “robot marketing department” on your behalf.
We do not use this information (or any authorized connections) for any other purpose, such as marketing to you or sharing it with unrelated parties.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your business information or any credentials with third parties except:
- With trusted service providers (automation platform, AI models for content generation, hosting, and payment processors) who are contractually required to protect the data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- When required by law or valid legal process.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the limited business information we hold. Authorized connection tokens are stored securely and used only to run the automations you have enabled; we never retain your raw passwords or login credentials. However, no internet-based service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your Knowledge Base information only as long as your SEOvermind service is active. You may request deletion of this information at any time (subject to legal requirements) by contacting us. Authorized connections are retained only while your SEOvermind service is active and are removed when your service ends or when you revoke access from the platform. We never store your raw passwords or login credentials at any point.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the business information we hold about your company. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this Privacy Policy, simply contact us.
Data Deletion: To request deletion of information associated with your account or your connected Meta assets, email info@corporobotics.com with the subject ‘Data Deletion Request.’ We will remove the relevant Knowledge Base data, revoke the associated connections, and confirm completion by email.
8. Third-Party Services
SEOvermind integrates with platforms such as Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, WordPress, and email tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you.
